This screen allows you to name, describe, and categorize your BeeXcel configuration (pattern) to make it easier to find and reuse later.
🎯 Objective
Name, describe, and categorize a configuration to quickly find it in the list of available patterns.

This screen lets you customize a BeeXcel configuration (called a pattern) for easier identification and future reuse.
đź“‹ Available Features
Element | Description |
---|---|
Name | Required field. A short, clear name to quickly identify the configuration. Example: Enrich Excel file . |
Description | Optional field to detail the use case or specificities of the configuration. Recommended for better collaboration. |
Labels | A list of keywords to filter or search patterns more easily (e.g. translation , winter catalog , marketplace ). |
“Configuration” Button | Opens advanced settings (e.g. mapping, prompts, output structure). |
“Save” Button | Saves the current configuration without launching any execution. |
📤 Upload and Execute – Manual Launch
Manually run a configuration by uploading an Excel or CSV file.
⚠️ Use this option only if the configuration is not automated (via SFTP or scheduling).
🔄 How to Use
- File Import
- Drag and drop a
.xlsx
or.csv
file into the upload area - Or click to open the file explorer
- The file must follow the structure defined in the pattern (source mapping and, if applicable, target mapping)
- Drag and drop a
- Execution
- Click Upload and Execute to start the processing (generation, translation, restructuring…)
- The job will run immediately based on the active configuration
- Monitoring
- You will be automatically redirected to the Last Executions tab to track progress and retrieve the results.
