Process tracker

Track and review all content generation and translation processes executed across your workspace.

📄 Table columns

Each row in the table represents a unique execution, showing the following key information:

  • Use case: The functional purpose for the process (e.g., translation, enrichment, mapping).
  • Pattern: The pattern ID or label used to run the process.
  • Status: Execution result (success, warning, or error).
  • Estimated cost: Approximate processing cost.

    💡 The cost is determined by the selected LLM model used during execution.

  • Number of enrichments: Total number of enriched attributes.
  • Launched at / Ended at: Timestamps indicating the duration of the run.

Each row is clickable, opening a detailed view of the execution, including logs and results.

🔍 Filters

The filter section on the left allows users to refine the displayed results:

  • Use case: Filters executions based on their functional use.

    🧩 Available values depend on the active subscription (BeeXcel, BeeApp x Akeneo, BeeApp x Maps, etc.).

  • Status: Filters executions by result (e.g., success, error).
  • Pattern: A dropdown list showing all existing patterns in the workspace.

📊 Additional features

  • All columns are sortable for easier navigation.
  • A pagination bar enables browsing through the full execution history.

This screen gives users a centralized and transparent overview of all launched processes.
